Whether you need quiet reflection, guided wellness activities, or a mix of rest and inspiration, we curate every detail, from choosing the perfect destination to coordinating accommodations, schedules, and optional add-ons like spa services or coaching sessions. You’ll receive a fully tailored itinerary that aligns with your emotional and personal goals. All you have to do is show up, breathe deeply, and let the space and structure we create help you recharge and return with clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of direction.
Cancellation Policy
We know this season of life can feel overwhelming — so we keep our booking process as simple and stress-free as possible. Booking Your Spot You can book sessions or packages directly through our scheduling link or by email. Once payment is made, your time is confirmed and reserved just for you. Because our availability is limited, we encourage you to book ahead to get your preferred times. Payments We accept credit cards, ACH, and other easy online payment options. Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens. If you need to reschedule, just give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within those timeframes can be refunded or rescheduled. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be refundable, but we’ll always work with you if there’s an emergency. Our Promise We’re here to support you with compassion, not add stress. If something unexpected comes up, reach out — we’ll do our best to find a solution.
